"Hmm-he-woo-do... La-de-da-daa" Cheeky Dee hummed to herself as she counted up the loot that she stole from three unsuspecting 3rd graders earlier that day.
Sitting on top of the wooden slide platform, she could see several yards into the distance. A faint breeze blew through her curly brown hair as she smiled mischievously to herself and began to plot out the rest of her day.

It was mid afternoon when Tim ambled into the seemingly serene playground. Wasting his time here sounded a lot less boring than sitting at home with his little brother. All he ever does is read comics and play with his imaginary friends. Even Numb3ers was out of town. Cats streamed into the playground and followed him to the swings. Tim sat on a swing and kicked up some wood chips as he rocked back and forth.

Cheeky looked up from the pile of coins in front of her as she heard a multitude of meowing cats pass by. And in front of them was Timothy Baker. Green shirt and red pants, he was the only boy she knew that would wear so terrible an outfit. Quickly, she placed all of the loose change in the front pocket of her hoody and made her way down the slide.
"Hey, hey you! What exactly do you think you're doing?" She shouted as she approached the boy on the swings.

Tim dug his feet into the ground, to stop his swinging motion when he heard a little girl talking to him. He failed to notice her when he into the playground. She looked familiar. Hmmm.
"I'm just...swinging, I guess," He replied to her question.

Her eyebrows heightened upon hearing the nonchalance of his voice.
"Just swinging?!..." she paused for a moment, not being used to people forgetting who she was. "I'm sorry but you must be confused... that's my swing."

Tim was charmed by this little girl. Maybe she just wants to swing. No big deal.
"Oh, I wasn't aware of that. I'll just go play on the merry-go-round then." He got up to leave and so did his cats.
